Janet Kay Bain Ford

      Janet Kay Bain Ford, 66, of Fairfield, formerly of Birmingham, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at home.

      A funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. Robert Hamm officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Forest Home Cemetery.

      Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the chapel.

      A memorial has been established in Mrs. Ford's memory.

      Mrs. Ford was born Aug. 26, 1941, in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Willis W. and Ruth A. Miller Bain. She married John Ford in Salem. The couple later divorced.
