Janet Kurtz Poggenpohl, 75, of West Warwick, R.I., died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at home.
Burial will be in Estes Park, Colo.

Mrs. Poggenpohl was born in Fairfield, the daughter of Jerome and Myrtle Kurtz. She married Charles L. Poggenpohl, and they later divorced.
