Janet Lee Coe

Janet Lee Coe, 70, of Des Moines, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at Bright Kavanagh House.

A celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Douglas Harding officiating. Burial of cremains will be in Fellows Cemetery, Keosauqua.

Family visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials to Keosauqua Public Library or Fellows Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or may be mailed to the family at 901 Hilltop Road, Keosauqua 52565.

Mrs. Coe was born Jan. 27, 1941, in Keosauqua, the daughter of Maurice and Fern Gwinnup. She married Gary Ronald Coe Jan. 5, 1963.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter: Jeanne Rafdal and husband John; one son: Terry Coe and wife Valerie; two granddaughters; her mother; and one brother: Terry Gwinnup.
