Janet R. Bell, 81, died on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2003 at Sunrise of Carmel in Carmel, Ind.
The memorial service will be in Mt. Pleasant. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established to Butterfield Youth Services, P.O. Box 333, 1180 Highway WW, Marshall, MO 65340. Arrangements are by Randall and Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, Ind.
