Janette Carolyn Slaubaugh
KALONA ? Janette Carolyn Slaubaugh, 86, of Kalona, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in the Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a short illness.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 11, at the Kalona Mennonite Church in Kalona with the Rev. Scott Swartzendruber officiating. Burial will follow at the West Union Cemetery in rural Parnell. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday with family present, and from 9 a.m. to noon Monday without family present, at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund for the Kalona Mennonite Church Sewing Circle has been established.
