Jay Alan Smith, 64, of Birmingham, IA passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at the Jefferson County Health Care Center. As were Jay's wishes his body has been cremated. A memorial service in his honor will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the Bladensburg Christian Church with Larry Smith officiating.
