Jean Louise Brunk, 74, of Kahoka, Mo., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, at her home.
Visitation is today, Feb. 15, at Wilson Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Peaksville Christian Church, with the Rev. Shawn McAfee officiating. Burial will follow at the Revere Cemetery.

She was born April 7, 1933, in New London, the daughter of George and Verona Dotson Walker. On July 12, 1950, she married Arnold D. Brunk in Concord, Calif.
A graduate of Burlington High School, she was a homemaker until she started Ma and Pa Kettle Korn with her husband, traveling the United States to various fairs and events and selling kettle corn. She was a member of Peaksville Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Jeff Brunk and his wife Reva of Revere, Mo. and Dr. Shawn Brunk and his wife Carey of St. Charles, Mo.; two daughters, Connie Gutting and her husband Mike and Kathy Smith and her husband Steve, both of Kahoka; her sister, Vera Virden of Kahoka; three brothers-in-law, Jerry Brunk and his wife Irene of Kahoka, Larry Brunk and his wife Sandy of Burlington, and Steve Brunk and his wife Beverly of Danville; two sisters-in-law, Rosemary Moore and her husband Jim of Clinton, Mo. and Lucille Brunk of Kahoka; two special aunts, Geneva Gilmore of Cedar Rapids and Marjorie Kimble of Morning Sun; 15 grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 14 step-great grand-children.
Her parents, son Kyle Brunk and sister Mazie Belles preceded her in death.
