Jeffrey Lynn Bailey

FREMONT ? Jeffrey Lynn Bailey, 44, of Urbandale and formerly of Ollie, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, in Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

    Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at the Prairie View United Methodist Church near Ollie. According to his wishes, the body has been cremated. Visitation will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Jeff Bailey Memorial Fund for Organ Donor Awareness and his children?s education.  Fremont Funeral Chapel in Fremont is handling the arrangements.

    Mr. Bailey was born Nov. 19, 1965, at Ottumwa, the son of Dave and Julie (Roop) Bailey. He married Tori Jo Adam on July 26, 2008, at her parents? home in Fairfield.
