Jeffrey P. Bliss February 25, 1954 - February 22, 2004

Jeffrey P. Bliss, 49, of Hamilton, Ill., died on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26 at the United Presbyterian Church in Keokuk, with the Rev. Brian Rihner officiating. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with family present from 5 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established for the Bliss children's education.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ryan Tyler Bliss of Carthage, Ill., and Daniel Evan Bliss, at home; two daughters, Kathryn Sinclair Bliss and Loren Mackenzie Bliss, both at home; a granddaughter; his mother of Hamilton; and a brother, Gregg Andrews of Keokuk.

      He was preceded in death by his father.
