Jerene 'Jerri' Christner
Jerene "Jerri" Christner, 65, of Washington, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, at home, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Larry Rath officiating. Burial will take place in Keota Cemetery, in Keota. Visitation begins at noon, Tuesday, at the funeral home, with the family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mrs. Christner was born July 16, 1938, to Wesley and Iva (Smart) Custer, in Washington. She married Jim Ginkens on Aug. 1, 1957. She later married Dale D. Christner on June 21, 1975, in Washington.
