Jerry Lee Horn

Jerry Lee Horn, 66, of Lomax, Ill., died at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Ill.

      The graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Harmony Township Cemetery near Bentley. A memorial has been established. Printy Funeral Home in Carthage is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce, of Lomax; two sons, Clint Horn of Carthage, and Kirt Horn of Stockport; two stepsons, Mike Swisher of Stronghurst, Ill., and Shaun Grisham of Lomax; four grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren; four sisters, Marcelene of Stockport, Lois of New London, Marian of Selma and Arlene of Elk Mountain, Ore.; and two brothers, Harlan of Fallbrook, Calif, and Donald of Escondido, Calif.

      In addition to his first wife, he was preceded in death by one brother.
