Jessie Wehmeyer

COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Jessie Wehmeyer, 95, of Lone Tree, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, in Pioneer Park in Lone Tree.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction with the Rev. Linda Murdock Nicklin officiating. Burial will be in Conesville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday until service time in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Amenity Hospice.

      Mrs. Wehmeyer was born May 5, 1913, in Lovilla, the daughter of Walter and Carrie (Amber) Bennett. She married August Wehmeyer on May 5, 1931 in Wapello.
