Jim A. Yoder
KALONA - Jim A. Yoder, 50, of Kalona, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Merv Miller and the Rev. Orie Wenger officiating. Burial will be in Lower Deer Creek Cemetery in rural Wellman. Visitation will begin at 7 a.m. Thursday at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Lower Deer Creek Church, the Kalona Golf Club or Iowa Mennonite School.
