Jo Ann Miller
KALONA - Jo Ann Miller, 70, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a sudden illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, at the First Baptist Church in Wellman, with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating. The body will be cremated; burial of ashes will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church in Wellman or First Christian Church in Washington.
