Joan J. Williams
MOUNT PLEASANT - Joan J. Williams, 64, of rural Trenton, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, in her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, in the Murphy Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant with the Rev. Dylan Does officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. The remains will be cremated and burial will be held at a later date in the Gilson Cemetery in Gilson, Ill. A memorial fund has been established.
Mrs. Williams was born May 2, 1943, in Galesburg, Ill., the daughter of William A. and Betty Eloise (Cramer) Jefferson. She married Richard Williams on June 22, 1990 in Brighton.
