Joann Aylor

      Joann Aylor, 72, formerly of Keosauqua, died at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

      A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Purdom Cemetery in Keosauqua.

      Open visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 1-2 p.m.

      Memorials to Purdom Cemetery may be left at or mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 513, Keosauqua 52565.

      Mrs. Aylor was born April 22, 1936, in rural Keosauqua, the daughter of John and Anna Josephine Myers Parker. She married Kermit C. "Bill" Aylor Feb. 22, 1985, in Kahoka, Mo. He died March 26, 1991.
