Jocelyn Merchant Binns
Jocelyn Merchant Binns, 99, of Danville, formerly of New York City and Burlington, died at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 29 at Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Brian Swafford officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery in New London. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established to the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
