Joe Hemphill
Joe Hemphill, 93, of Kalona, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2000, at the Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lengthy illness.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. David L. Yoder and the Rev. Scott Stapleton officiating. Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery in North Liberty. Visitation will begin one hour before the service. Memorials may be directed to the Kalona Public Library or the Pleasantview Home.
