John 'Alex' Greiner
KEOTA - John Alexander "Alex" Greiner, 64, of Keota, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2001, at University Hospitals in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Burial will be in Keota Cemetery. Visitation continues through 8 p.m. this evening at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the United Church of Faith or the University of Iowa's Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
