John J. Danover
John J. Danover, 73, of rural West Point, died at 6:20 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The funeral service was at 11 a.m. today at Link Funeral Home in West Point, with the Rev. Richard Eis officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, north of Fort Madison. Memorials have been established to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Randy and his wife Tammy Danover of Marion, and Rick and his wife Lynne Danover of Fort Madison; five grandchildren; and a sister, Marilyn and her husband Donald Malcom of Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
