John LeRoy 'Bud' Robinson

      John LeRoy "Bud" Robinson, 67, of Nixa, Mo., formerly of Douds, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo.

      A funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds. Burial will be in Leando Cemetery, Douds.

      Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Greenlawn Funeral Home, South, 441 Battlefield, Springfield, Mo., and 12:30-1:30 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home, with the family present.

      Memorials to American Cancer Society may be left at either funeral home or mailed to the family at 1512 S. Main St., Nixa, MO 65714.

      Mr. Robinson was born Dec. 31, 1940, in Keosauqua, the son of John Louis and Josephine Robinson. He married Patricia K. Walker Sept. 2, 1989.
