JOHN WAYNE NEAL Washington, IA John Wayne Neal, age 78, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Halcyon House in Washington. He graduated from high school in Nebraska and was united in marriage to Lanna Jo in 1971 in Ventura, California. John was employed with Wal-Mart in Washington and was a handy-man on the side, with the ability to fix anything. He is survived by his wife, Lanna Neal of Washington, IA; children: Andrew (Yara) Mullins of Fredericksburg, VA; Jill (Gaylon) Baumgardner of Arkadelphia, AK; James Mullins of Breaux Bridge, LA; and Jeffery (Carroll) Neal of Shreveport, LA; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jason Wayne Neal.
