John "Ralph" Fickel Jr., 71, of Fairfield, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, after a long illness.
A private family service will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated.
Mr. Fickel was born Jan. 31, 1936, in Fairfield, the son of John R. and Eleanor Parsons Fickel Sr.
