John Theodore Kozak
John Theodore Kozak, 91, of Conrad, and formerly of Riceville, died on Friday, Dec. 1, at Oak View Nursing Home in Conrad.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Riceville, with the Rev. Ray Atwood officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Riceville. Friends may call at the Lindstrom Funeral Home on Thursday between 4-7 p.m., with scripture service at 5:30 p.m.
