John Willis Wood, 81, formerly of Fairfield, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009, in Riverside, Calif., from heart failure.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church, 28200 Portsmouth St., Sun City, CA 92586.
Mr. Wood was born Feb. 25, 1928, in Fairfield.
