Jonathan D. Blythe
Jonathan D. Blythe, 18, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 6:18 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2001, at Henry County Health Center.
The funeral service and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 4, at White Oak Cemetery north of Rome with the Rev. Monte Knudsen officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 3, at Weir Funeral Home. There will be no family visitation at the funeral home. Memorials have been established for the neo-natal unit or pediatrics unit at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
