Jordan Lee Johnson
Jordan Lee Johnson, 16, of Eldon, collapsed at baseball practice and died Monday, July 7, 2008, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cardinal High School, with John Minor officiating. Burial will be in Eldon Cemetery.
Visitation began at 11 a.m. today at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, where the family will be present from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cardinal Athletic Department or to the family.
Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 23, 1991, in Ottumwa, the son of Toby Johnson and Alena Baker.
