Jose Manuel Negron Jr.

      Jose Manuel Negron Jr., 30, of Washington died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006 in the Washington County Hospital following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24 in the Washington Mennonite Church with the Rev. Timothy Detweiler and Grant Nebel officiating. The body will be cremated following the service. Visitation will begin at noon Monday in the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

      Mr. Negron was born Jan. 27, 1976 in New York, N.Y., the son of Jose Manuel Sr. and Sylvia L. (Rodriguez) Negron. He married Mary Ellen Steindl on June 21, 2002 in Chicago, Ill.
