Joseph Michael Peccia, 67, of Avon Park, Florida, formerly of Washington, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, at Sommers Hospice House in Sebring, Florida, following a short illness. An interment service will take place on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Family and friends may meet at 1:30 p.m., with the service following at 1:45 p.m.
