      A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 29, at United Church of Faith in Keota at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Burial will be in Keota Cemetery, with military rites. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 28 at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A general memorial has been established.

KEOTA-Joseph St. Clair Harding Jr., 76, of Keota, died Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at Washington County Hospital following a sudden illness.
