Joyce A. Guy May 16, 1933 - September 30, 2005
Joyce Ann Guy, 72, of rural Brighton, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2005, at McCreedy Home in Washington.
A Mass of Christian Burial was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4 at St. James Catholic Church in Washington, with the Revs. Ed O'Melia and Richard Boyd officiating. Memorials have been established to Hospice of Washington County or the 4-H building at the fairgrounds.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Bruce and Phil, both of Brighton; a daughter, Denise and her husband Bret Himes of Central City; two brothers, Gene Benda of Mechanicsville, and Jim Benda of Mt. Pleasant; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Brenda.
