COLUMBUS JUNCTION ? Joyce Ann Allen, 75, of Columbus Junction, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Her wishes were to be cremated, with no visitation or funeral service. The Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Allen was born Oct. 23, 1939, in Wapello, the daughter of Clifford S. and Mildred I. (Harvey) Robertson. She married Ronald D. Allen on Sept. 26, 1959, in Grandview.

She was a 1958 graduate of Grandview High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, crafts, cooking, fishing, and taking care of her grandson.

Surviving are three children, Ted J. Allen of Rattan, Oklahoma, Christ-ie A. White and husband Gary of Fredonia, and Bob D. Allen of Rattan, Oklahoma; one grandson; three sisters, Betty Robertson of Barling, Arkansas, Delores Pavelec of Wilton, and Anna Monk of Moscow; and one brother, Clifford Robertson Jr. of Paris, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald, on April 5, 2008; and one sister, Nancy Burke.
