Joyce E. Pepper
CEDAR RAPIDS - Joyce E. Pepper, 60, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2000, in her home, of cancer.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 20, at St. John's Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon, with the Rev. James Duster officiating. Burial was in the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Mercy.
