Judith Ann Fair was born April 22, 1943, in Ollie, Iowa, the daughter of Harold Ray and Agnes (Davis) Ingle. She graduated from Ollie High School in 1960. Judith lived in the Keota area all her life. On October 28, 1960, Judith was united in marriage to Charles Frances Fair. She worked at Jack and Jill in Keota, the calendar factory in Washington, Central Buffet in Keota, and the electric company in Keota. Judith enjoyed figure 8 races, watching professional bull riding, and loved collecting knick-knacks. Judith passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in Wellman, at the age of 78 years old.

Judith is survived by three children, Lisa Chittick of Ollie, Mike (Leesa) Fair of West Branch and Jeff (Karen) Fair of Wellman; nine grandchildren, Charlie (Lynnette) Chittick, Crystal (Jeremy) Neef, Harold Chittick, Buddy (Shelly) Chittick, Adam Fair, Benjamin (Jill) Fair, Kendall Hammes (Taylor Fulton), Taylor (Dylan) Ney and Kelsi Fair (Drake Bloem); nine great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Jan Ingle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles, in 2010; brother, Bob Ingle; and son-in-law, Ron Chittick.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2022, at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery near Sigourney. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Memorials have been established for Hospice Compassus and Parkview Manor.
