Judith "Judy" A. Crew, 84, of Fairfield, passed away Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Judith Ann Crew was born Aug. 3, 1937, to LeRoy and Sylvia (Eurom) Childs in Newton, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Bruce Crew on Oct. 7, 1955, in Newton, Iowa. Over the years, Judy worked at Mayn's Grocery, Arnold's Motor Supply, City Supply and Equitable. Judy loved visiting with friends and family. She also enjoyed crocheting.

Left to cherish Judy's memory is her loving husband of 66 years, Bruce; children, Mike (Marla) Crew of Fairfield and Pam (Jay) Schulze of Fort Mill, S.C.; seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Becky Manning; and brothers, Clarence "Bud" Childs, Ron Childs and Wes Fuller.
