June M. Conrad

June Maxine Conrad, 82, died Sunday, Dec. 16, in Corvallis, Ore.

Funeral services will be held at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colo., at a later date.

She was born Nov. 25, 1925, the daughter of Rex and Lena Canby of Mt. Union. On Jan. 29, 1944, she married Glenn Conrad in San Diego, Calif.

Having attended school in Mt. Union, she resided on the family farm outside of Swedesburg with her husband. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Gary Conrad and his wife Kay of Georgetown, Texas, Terry Conrad and his wife Julie of Corvallis, Ore. and Kevin Conrad and his wife Leah of Westminster, Colo.; her sister, Carol Mickey and her husband Ralph of Mt. Pleasant; her sister-in-law, Betty Canby of Winfield; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Her husband and brother Allen Canby preceded her in death.
