June Verneal Pence
WELLMAN - June Verneal Pence, 84, of Wellman, died Saturday, July 19, 2008, in Parkview Manor in Wellman following a long illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 23 in the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Memorials may be made to the Washington County Hospice.
Mrs. Pence was born June 29, 1924 in Wellman, the daughter of Hewitt and Delphia (Taylor) Karr. She married James E. Pence on April 26, 1947 in Muscatine.
