KEOTA ? Karl ?Rick? Frederick Helscher, 65, formerly of Keota, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011.
Services were held at Tahoma National Cemetery on Nov. 28. Memorial services will also be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for the Keota Community School Foundation or United Church of Faith. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling local arrangements.
