Katherine Ann Greenlee was born November 4, 1954 in Peru, Indiana, the daughter of Oscar and Maxine (Grabow) Bowen. She graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1974. On February 4, 1989, Kathy was united in marriage to Alan Ray Greenlee in North English. She worked as a CNA for many years at the English Valley Care Center in North English. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Kathy died on Thursday, February 20, 2025, near Eldon, Iowa, at the age of 70 years.

She is survived by her children Angel Martinson of Iowa City, Brian Fischer of Eldon, Mariea Greenlee and Michael (Melody) Greenlee, all of Iowa City; 4 grandchildren; a sister Martha Bowen and a brother Ray Bowen. She was preceded by her parents and husband.
