Kathleen M. Johnston

      Kathleen M. Johnston, 88, of Birmingham, died Saturday morning, July 7, 2007, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A funeral was at 11 a.m. today at Birmingham United Methodist Church, with Linda Renken and Larry Smith officiating. Interment was at Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Birmingham United Methodist Church.

      Mrs. Johnston was born Feb. 2, 1919, the daughter of George and Bertha Miller Kerr. She married Glenn L. Johnston July 1, 1936, in Kahoka, Mo. He died March 26, 1956.
