Kathryn G. Hixson
Kathryn G. Hixson, 94, of Shell Rock, and formerly of Waverly and Hillsboro, died on Monday, March 20, 2006, at Shell Rock Health Care Center.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 24, at the Hillsboro Cemetery, with the Rev. David Doerr officiating. Arrangements are being made by Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly, and Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.
Memorials may be directed to the Hillsboro Library.
Mrs. Hixson was born on Aug. 17, 1911, in rural Van Buren County, the daughter of William and Gertrude A. Tade.
