Kathryn G. Hixson
Kathryn G. Hixson, 94, of Shell Rock, formerly of Waverly and Hillsboro, died Monday, March 20, 2006, at Shell Rock Health Care Center.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hillsboro Cemetery in Hillsboro, with the Rev. David Doerr officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Hillsboro Library.
Mrs. Hixson was born Aug. 17, 1911, in rural Van Buren County, the daughter of William B. and Gertrude A. Tade. She married Phil W. Hixson March 2, 1935, in Guthrie, Okla. He died in 1984.
