Kelly Carl Walker

Kelly Carl Walker, 48, of the Morning Sun Care Center, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2005, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

      The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11 at the Beatty Funeral Home, with Pastor Randy Gearheart officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at the funeral home, with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Survivors include a son, Britt M. Walker of Lone Tree; a daughter, Stephanie A. Walker of Iowa City; a brother, Larry and his wife Mary Walker of Lampe, Mo.; and a grandchild.

      He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
