Kenneth A. Davis

      Kenneth A. Davis, 84, of rural Agency, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, in Houghton.

      A service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Church in Eldon, with the Rev. Robert Dvorak and David Albert officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Ottumwa.

      Open visitation began at 10 a.m. today at Kremer Funeral Home in Eldon, where the family will be present from 6-7 p.m.

      Memorials may be directed to the Agency Volunteer Fire Department or the Eldon Volunteer Fire Department.

      Mr. Davis was born Feb. 19, 1924, near Bladensburg, the son of Roy and Ida Smith Davis. He married Helen Rupe March 27, 1947, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.
