Kenneth Dusenbery

      Kenneth Dusenbery, 75, of West Chester, died Tuesday, Oct. 5,2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City following a brief illness.

      Celebration of Life services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn Patrick officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 this evening at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Visitation will continue from 12:30 p.m. on Saturday until the time of the service. Military honors will be accorded at Wellman Cemetery in Wellman. Memorials may be directed to West Chester Heritage Association or Mid-Prairie Athletic Boosters.

      Mr. Dusenbery was born Sept. 27, 1929, in Washington, to H.A. and Philipine (Brecht) Dusenbery. On June 19, 1955, he married Jeaniene Griggs in West Chester.
