Kenneth F. Hoffman

Kenneth F. Hoffman, 63, of Indianola, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006, at Veterans Medical Center in Des Moines.

      A funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Ed Matthews and the Rev. Harold Baker officiating. Military rites will be conducted by Walter B. Schafer Post No. 775 Veterans of Foreign Wars and O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 American Legion. Burial will be in International Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery in Indianola.

      Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with family present from 5-7 p.m. The family requests no perfumes or colognes because of a family member's lung condition.

      Memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church or Midway Calvary Baptist Church.
