Kenneth Ray Tillis

      Kenneth Ray Tillis, 48, formerly of Fairfield, died of a heart attack Sunday evening, May 18, 2008, in Gadsden, Ala.

      A funeral is planned at 1 p.m. Friday in Gadsden.

      A memorial service will be held at a later date in Fairfield.

      Memorials for his children's education may be sent to Vicki Tillis, 505 W. Jackson Ave., Fairfield 52556. Memorials for his family in Alabama may be sent to Earnestine Tillis, 1207 Brookside Drive, Gadsden, AL 35901.

      Mr. Tillis was born Nov. 28, 1959, in Birmingham, Ala., the son of George and Earnestine Tillis. He married Vicki Ilene Clark of Fairfield Dec. 21, 1981, in Lawton, Okla. They divorced in November 2007.
