FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. ? Kimberly ?Kim? Kay Freeland, 46, of Belleville, Ill., died Thursday, July 2, 2009, in St. Elizabeth?s Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at Cedar Bible Baptist Church in Cedar Falls. Burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Brian Freeland. Lake View Funeral Home in Fairview Heights, Ill., is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Freeland was born Jan. 13, 1963, in Milwaukee, Wis., the daughter of Brent and Wanda (Hummel) McNabb. She married Brian Freeland.
