Kriss D. Skaggs

Kriss D. Skaggs, 55, of Birmingham, died at 7:11 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2009, in the Jefferson County Health Center emergency room in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.

Visitation, with the family, will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials to Birmingham Fire Department, Birmingham Lions Club or Van Buren County 4-H may be left at the funeral home or may be mailed to the family at 10181 Jasmine Ave., Birmingham 52535.

Mr. Skaggs was born Jan. 29, 1954, in Keosauqua, the son of Wilson ?Bill? and Anna Belle Clark Skaggs. He married Patsy Deanne Coffin Dec. 15, 1984. They later divorced. He married Ann Shannan May 15, 1993, in Birmingham.
