L. Helen Rugg
L. Helen Rugg, 80, of Wayland, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Don Collings and Dr. Daniel McClure officiating. Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery. Visitation continues through this evening at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.
